Which direction do yellow candles indicate? Can BUY or SELL be marked on the chart?
Separate these three decisions

How to read the illustration
- The red arrow shows an example in which the main structure is still downward. This supports considering red Sell mode; the yellow candle does not choose the side.
- The circled yellow candle is below the average line. It marks a point for assessing timing and risk–reward, rather than an instruction to Buy or Sell immediately.
- The green arrow shows a short rebound toward the mean zone, called Mean Reversion. A rebound can occur within a downtrend and does not confirm that the main structure has changed to an uptrend.
- After the rebound, the example price can continue down. Monitor structure and the complete set of open positions; do not conclude that either button would always make a profit.
Why consider the mean alongside Grid?
Mean Reversion is movement back toward an average price area. Grid manages several positions at price levels defined by the system. This approach uses structure to choose direction, then considers risk–reward and a return toward the mean to manage the whole round. A return can help adjust or close a group of positions, but it does not always occur and does not ensure break-even or profit.
What should BUY / SELL labels on the chart represent?
A label can show the EA’s selected direction or mode separately from the yellow candle—for example, “EA direction: Sell”, alongside a structural arrow. Label the yellow candle “Timing assessment point”. Turning every yellow candle into a BUY / SELL flag would wrongly imply that yellow alone chooses a side. Repeated yellow candles still require a structural assessment.
A beginner’s sequence
- Read several swing highs and lows and check the EA’s direction or mode. Do not choose a side from a single candle.
- Treat a yellow candle as a prompt to assess timing, not an automatic entry order. Complete time, news and entry-condition checks before a new round.
- Check total lot, Equity and Free Margin and define conditions for reducing or closing positions. If structure starts changing, reassess the plan and wait for confirmation before another round.
- Practise on Demo first. If trading manually, record entry–exit reasons, position size, costs and net results to build statistics for the method you actually use.
Remember: structure chooses the side → yellow helps assess timing → manage risk across the whole round.

Read three things: trend gives direction · Liquidity marks an event to investigate · Smart Hedge manages a running basket when confirmed direction conflicts with existing positions. Gold uses M1 as its main trend; Bitcoin uses M5. Other timeframe trends provide context. A Buy Liquidity label does not replace the main trend.

In this screenshot, Buy Liquidity M5 and M15 appear while M1 and M5 still show Down and START is red. Buy Liquidity does not prove an uptrend reversal. Check structure, closed candles, news and your risk plan together.
Once Hedge takes control, legacy exits—including Dynamic TP, Initial Stop and the money Take Profit—are bypassed. Do not expect those settings to close the basket automatically. Positive total Profit brings a take-profit advisory; Sideway or a state needing reset brings a reset advisory. These messages do not close trades. Use STOP to end the round and close all EA positions, then verify completion. There is no automatic restart.
